Terms of Service

These terms apply to consulting services provided by RK Seller Solutions, operated by Ramiz Kamal, an independent consultant based in Karachi, Pakistan. By engaging my services you agree to these terms.

Services

I provide consulting, advisory and account management services for sellers on Amazon marketplaces, as described on the Services page. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Fees and payment

• Fees are quoted per project, per hour or as a monthly retainer.
• Project work may require an upfront deposit; retainers are billed in advance each month.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are accepted by international bank transfer or other methods stated on the invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the end date is payable. Fees for consultation calls that have already taken place and work already delivered are non-refundable.

No guarantee of results

Results on Amazon depend on many factors outside my control, including Amazon's policies, algorithms, competition and market demand. I provide advice and services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, reinstatements or profits.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the products you sell, and for final business decisions. You remain the owner of your seller account and are responsible for complying with Amazon's policies and applicable laws.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information, account data and product details confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services.

Independence

I am an independent consultant. I am not an employee, agent or partner of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
